Drip: 1:16 ratio, 195–200°F — sweetness comes through cleanly
Pour-Over: 1:17 ratio, 195°F, 3–4 min — highlights the chocolate notes
Iced Coffee: Brew double-strength drip over ice
Cold Brew: 1:6 ratio, coarse grind, 14–18 hrs cold steep — exceptional
